So I ment to post about Night World weeks ago but soon found out about the secual to the Hunger Games book that I read months ago and got to exsited to type. Night World is about vamps, warewolfs, wichs, and more. I'v only read the first volume (abouve, right) and Im absoultly hooked on the series.

The Hunger Games (above, center) is set in the futer and the US ha been turned into a dictatorship. There is a yearly Game that everyone has to particapat in. There are 12 districs and 1 girl and 1 boy from each have to play. The last one standing wins. OK I'm not good at this so lets just go to http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/, and get the summerys.

Night World:

Vampires, werewolves, witches, shapeshifters -- they live among us without our knowledge. Night World is their secret society, a secret society with very strict rules. And falling in love breaks all the laws of the Night World.

In Secret Vampire, Poppy thought the summer would last forever. Then she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Now Poppy's only hope for survival is James, her friend and secret love. A vampire in the Night World, James can make Poppy immortal. But first they both must risk everything to go against the laws of Night World.

Fugitives from Night World, three vampire sisters leave their isolated home to live among humans in Daughters of Darkness. Their brother, Ash, is sent to bring the girls back, but he falls in love with their beautiful friend.

Two witch cousins fight over their high school crush. It's a battle between black magic and white magic in Spellbinder.

The Hunger Games:

Katniss is a 16-year-old girl living with her mother and younger sister in the poorest district of Panem, the remains of what used be the United States. Long ago the districts waged war on the Capitol and were defeated. As part of the surrender terms, each district agreed to send one boy and one girl to appear in an annual televised event called, "The Hunger Games." The terrain, rules, and level of audience participation may change but one thing is constant: kill or be killed. When Kat's sister is chosen by lottery, Kat steps up to go in her place.

Catching Fire:

Marked (I coulden't come up with anything better!!!!)

OK, this book is writin by P C Cast and if you look on http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/, you'll see that she had help from her daughter. This book is about a girl named Zoey. She lives in a world were everyone knows that vamps exist, and Zoey is marked to be a vamp, which can rally mess you up (you know, changing schools (yep, another school for vamps), lives, and species.). But Zoey is no ordinary fledgling, she has been given powers from the vamp goddess. When Zoey finds out that the leader of the Dark Daughters is misusing her powers, Zoey fills that it is up to her to push her out of the position.
This is the first book in the (so far) five part House of Night sires (fifth book, Hunted, comes out sometime in 2009, hope its soon)
5/5!!!!!! Way to go Marked! You got the first five out of five stars on this blog!!!!

You people hate to comment, don't you?

Nothing to review today. I'm working on Marked (yes another Vamp book.)
Lets get some morale out there!!!!!!!!!! I know that I'm pobly being inpatient, but we're still at a big 0 when it comes to comments, and I'm starting to get discouraged. You can't ALL hate me (if you can, don't bother telling me. I like the fancy world were that is imposable better.). Even if its just to say that I'm an idiot for not spelling good, of for misnaming the main charter. Let me know that I the people that I see every day are just figments of my imagination (don't comment on that).

Ditch your fairy!!!!!!!!

OK, the evil computer won't let me upload the image so I'll go strate to the review. How to Ditch Your Fairy by Justine Larbalestier is the story of Charlie. She lives in New Avalon, were everyone has a fairy. Now, a fairy is like a good luck charm, but for a certain thing. Charlie's friend Rochelle has a cloths-shopping fairy and gets cloths that look fabulous on her and are cheep to boot (I would love this fairy), but Charlie has a parking fairy. Her fairy lets any car that shes in get an exalent parking spot. She hates it. The whole book is about her trying to get rid of her parking fairy. Then, when she teams up with her archenemy, Fiorenze (who doesn't want her every-boy-will-like-you fairy), it seems that Charlie will get her harts desire. But when things get out of hand, she will do just about anything to get things back to the way they were, even if it means almost dieing in the attempt.

I give this book 4/5 stars.
It almost got 5/5, seriously considered it.
I would defiantly recommend this book to anyone.

Oops!

Don't know if you out there that have read Suck It Up realized it, but I lied again. The main character's name is not Sunny but Morning. My bad!

Forgot

The Last Post was sopost to be called Suck It Up.

Ok, I know that I side that I hadn't reviewed a book yet, I lied. This is Suck It Up by Brian Meehl. It's odiously a vampire book (I'm vamp. obsessed, and yes I usually say vamp. I like to shorten things.). I've never read a book by this author and loved how he toled the story. OK, now to the review part. This book is about Sunny McCobb, a vamp. that has just left school (yes, a vampire school) and is ready to do his assigned job and blend in with the living. As he's about to leave, though, he gets an option that no other vamp. has ever had before. See, as a vamp. that has disided not to drink human blood (only a few do), he and all the others wish to one day march in a Vampire Pride Parade, but first the living have to get used to the idea that vamps actually exist. This is were Sunny comes in. He'll be the first vamp. to revile himself to the living. But as his fame grows, trouble starts to find him. Weather he lives or dies is all in the book.
Hope I didn't give to much away.
Out of 5 stars, I give this book 4 (don't expert to see a lot of 5/5 s on here)
I latterly could not put this book down, I stayed up all night reading it. Vary good.

A rant

I haven't gotten a round to doing any books, but I thought that I might treat anyone out there with a rant about my horrible day. First I found out that I only had a week to type and memorize a paper that has to be between 2 & 4 min. long, I had to stay after for Algebra 1 tutoring (I loath math), then I got into a huge fight with my mom. Stupid right? Why even bother typing this, I dout that anyone will bother to read it. If someone acutely dose read this, were did you find the address? I forgot to add it to my favorites and it took me forever to find it.

A Notice

First off, I'm not the best speller in the world, so bear with me. This is really just a test to see how long I can keep this blogging thing up, so if I just seem to disappear off the face of the Earth, it could be that I don't have access to the Internet, I have to much work, or I just gave up on this completely. As for the blog, I'll be happy if it's just a bunch of book reviews (it probably will be, I love books. Hint the name.).
